Your Opportunity
We are looking for a Junior Marketing Designer who will work directly with the marketing function to create high-quality design assets across case studies, presentations, emailers, website pages, and automation (wa) creatives.
This role is ideal for someone with 6 months+ experience who has strong design fundamentals, can work with speed, and is eager to refine their brand and marketing design skills through hands-on execution.
Social media creatives will be a part of the role, but the primary focus will be on marketing communication and growth-oriented design assets.
Roles and Responsibility
1. Marketing & Growth Design (Primary Focus)
- Design case studies (PDF and web formats)
- Create sales decks, presentations, and pitch materials
- Design emailer creatives and WhatsApp automation visuals
- Support marketing-led website sections and landing page layouts
- Convert raw content into clean, structured, visually engaging formats
2. Social Media & Content Support
- Design creatives for social platforms as required
- Maintain visual consistency across brand channels
Adapt content into reusable creative formats
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Working proficiency in Figma
- Understanding of layout systems, typography hierarchy, spacing, and visual balance
