We start from your transfer order, not a price list. Your bank, grade, route, and reporting date tell us what is normally reimbursable and we say so plainly. You know your entitlements before any IBA approved transporter puts numbers on paper.
Physical or video survey
A surveyor lists your goods and checks access floor, lift, road, parking. The price is real, not a guess over the phone. This is the survey-first step every genuine IBA packers and movers move should begin with.
